简介：本机适合工程塑胶、改性塑胶、废旧塑胶、色母粒的混炼加工实验。具有均质、塑化着色、填充改性等功能。

工作原理：本机通过加热、混合，剪切、塑化、压实排气作用下，物料塑化成均匀的熔体，并在双螺杆的挤压下，通过机头挤出圆形的条状料，经冷却水槽水冷后或者风冷后，再经切粒机切粒，得到塑胶粒料。
